Bueno hola chicas, ahorita estoy preparando mi lista de preguntas ya que hoy tengo la llamada con la HM de NY, bueno me quede en que le respondi el sabado en la madrugada no, bueno me respondio el sabado en la noche y me dijo que mejor hablaramos por Telefono ya que no sabia mucho de Skype, asi que hoy a las 9 de la noche me llamara, y ahora si no quiero que me agarren desprevenida y menos con esta HF ya que mi lista de preguntas si sera un poco larga, y bueno ya que estamos en eso les dejare algunas de las preguntas que la verdad yo he juntado de muchos blogs ,y en verdad me han servido mucho porque hay cosas que aveces se nos pasan por los nervios pero son importantes asi que aqui les van algunas ; )

1-What do they like to do? 

2-What are their personalities like? (describe in one word). 

3-What are their favorite games and toys? 

4-If the child is a baby, is she/he walking and/or talking yet and how do they get there? 

5-What is your approach to raising your children? 

6-The kids have an special activity?

7-What do they like to eat?

8-Do they go to school?which schedules have?

9-Tell me about the way you use to discipline them

10-Are they allowed to watch TV?

11-Do they have any allergy?How do you control them? 

12-Do they have any special diet?

13-In what grade are they in school?

14-Do you use time out with the kids?

15-how well do they get along with each other?

18-What do you consider most challenging about your children?

19-What is their routine like, can you describe a day in the life of? 

20- Do the kid(s) go to bed alone or do I have to stay with them till they fall asleep?  

21- What role would you like me to be for your children?  

22-Can you describe me what do the kids eat (the 3 meals with snacks, pref 2 days)? 

23-Will I cook for them? What meals? (bf, lunch, dinner)? 

24-Will I be in charge of grocery shopping for the kids? If so, how often? 

25-Most liked and disliked foods for them. Is there any food they don’t eat for health issues? 

26-How do you make them eat them (if necessary, like veggies)? 

27-Would you teach me to do their favorite/to-go meals? 

28-Do you involve them in the cooking process? 

29-What are touchy/not allowed subjects (religion, death, sex, politics) in your household? 

30-How often would you like me to do activities such as zoo visit, movie teather, arcade, etc?  

31-How do you discipline your kids? No desert, time out? Do you expect me to do so? If so, can you describe me two situations at least in where you’d expect me to do so.

39- What are you discipline with your children? Do you have a lot of rules for them? 
40-I can take the children to go to the playgrounds that perform  with other au pairs?

1-Why are you interested in hosting an au pair?

2-Have you had an au pair before?

3-Where’s she from? How old?

4-What made you pick her?

5-How long did it take them to adapt to the au pair?

6-What are things you liked is like about her?

7-How was your relationship with them?

8- Did you have any problem with them? If  say yes, what would you do to avoid it?

9- Would you accept me as an other member of your family?

10-What do you think  would the best way to avoid some uncomfortable situations or troubles between us?

11- If traveling, I would go with you or I would stay at home? that include as my vacation?

12- Will I have curfew?, If yes, Whats the time I will need to be at home?

13-Will I be able to go to movies, coffee, run, or do other activities I like to do during the week?

14- Would you be fine with me inviting friends over for visits? Am I permitted to invite friends and family to visit? can they keep to sleep in the House?

15-Can I stay at friends on weekends?Have I a curfew on weeknights and weekends

16-Do you have any pets? if yes, will I have to care for them?

18- How does your house looks like?, Would you please send me some pictures?

19-Where will be my room? and where are the other bedrooms?

21-Will i have TV in my room?If you say no, I'll have access to any TV that is at home?

22- Will I have my own bathroom?

23- Will I be able to use the car to go out on my time off?

24- Do I need to pay my gas? (If yes) Do I need to pay it to go to my school as well?

25-To respect the schedules that I when you go to school?

26- I would pay every week?How often will I be paid? 

27-If I work more than 45 hours a week I paid overtime?

28-The schedules that are established will be respected? for example if my day begins at 7 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m, at that time already I'll be free?

29-Will I have to work evenings? If so, how many?

33-Have duties apart from children? If you would like clean the House?

9-Hobbies and favorite free time activities of you.

10-Do you have relatives living near by? How often do you get to gether visit them? Do the kids go as well?

10 -How do you discipline children? How were you disciplined as a child? 

11- What type of relationship do you have with your family?  

12-How do they feel  about you coming to United Stated for a year? 

13-Would you be happy in our suburban/urban/rural community? 

14-What type of  area do you currently live in? 

16-What type of house hold chores are expected of you in your home? 

17-Do you have a boyfriend/girlfriend?  

18-What types of hobbies do you have? Do you like sports, travel, swimming,  the beach, etc?

Si lo se son muchiiisisiimas pero NECESARIAS en verdad hay muchas cosas que a mi no se me habian ocurrido, bueno les pues entre las que encontre y algunas que yo pense que hacian falta, he visto tantos comentarios y tantas cosas que digo dios yo no quiero pasar por eso, asi que aunque me de pena prefiero preguntar y que todo quede bien claro, obvio estando haya van a surgir mas cosas pero mientras todo quede claro desde aqui mejor, y chicas vean otros blogs chequen preguntas anaden  preguntas que ustdes crean que hagan falta, alamejor si se hacen  muchas y los HP se quedaran asi O_O pero es mejor que todas sus dudas queden claras antes de que den el SI, recuerden nostoras formaremos nuestra propia historia, cada una es diferente y no podemos guiarnos por otras historias en nosotras esta que el 50 %nos vaya bien y tengamos un ano inolvidable lleno de aprendizaje, no podemos experimentar en zapato ajeno.
